LumaGlow’s 5 Year Warranty

LumaGlow Lighting is proud to offer high-quality, permanent lighting solutions and professional installation services. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 5-year warranty covering both our products and workmanship.

Who is Covered?

This warranty applies to the original purchaser when installation is performed by an authorized LumaGlow technician. The warranty is non-transferable.

What is Covered?

  1. Lighting Products: All LumaGlow lighting components are covered against defects in materials and manufacturing, with coverage durations depending on the product and region.

  2. Workmanship: Installation is guaranteed to meet professional standards and function as intended, with workmanship coverage based on the details outlined below.

Product and Regional Coverage

LumaGlow offers two lighting systems — EverLights and JellyFish — and coverage differs based on the product and whether the installation is in Texas or another state:

  • EverLights (outside of Texas): 10-year product warranty and 5-year workmanship warranty

  • EverLights (Texas): 10-year product warranty and 1-year workmanship warranty

  • JellyFish (outside of Texas): 5-year product warranty and 5-year workmanship warranty

  • JellyFish (Texas): 5-year product warranty and 1-year workmanship warranty

Coverage begins on the date of installation.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Environmental Damage: Includes incidents caused by extreme weather conditions, flooding, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.

  • Rodent or Pest Damage: Damage to wires or components caused by animals, insects, or other pests.

  • Extraordinary Circumstances: LumaGlow is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or other extraordinary events.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Damage caused by tampering, non-approved repairs, or installation by unauthorized personnel.

  • Power Surges: Issues resulting from electrical surges, outages, or improper voltage supply.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic wear, fading, or other expected deterioration from exposure to the elements.

  • Improper Use: Issues caused by misuse, abuse, or operation outside the intended purpose.

How to Make a Claim

If you experience any issues covered under this warranty:
